Collaboration Japanese style sword. Extra long 30 1/4" or 77 cm and heavy blade out of polish with no hamon visible, it is wrapped in waxed cord over a wood saya, all fittings are primitive copper foil. Have been unable to inspect the tang as it would require the unwrapping of the cord on the handle, do have two mekugi-ana as one was visible and removed but there is one more on the blade which could not be reached. This type of blade may have been modified to its present stage by natives of one of the occupied Territories with a sword taken from a Japanese soldier, or it may be a last ditch emergency issue blade as modified. There is no easy way to know.
